The Art of Assisting – Learn how to impact your students through the power of touch and connection. Gain an awareness of students’ unique bodies and how to safely guide and make adjustments andmodifications to take them into a deeper experiences on their mats.

The Art of Breath - Delve into the ancient art of pranayama and discover the Physiology behind the breath (prana). The breath is the primary life force and has a profound influence on our nervous system and how we interact with the world.
