The tools we teach directly address, focus on and change habitual physiological reactive patterns. This results in actual change, healing, growth and freedom - without having to go into the story. Mere insight will not change us or our habitual lifestyle. At H.E.L.P we believe we all need our own individualised "tool box". This "tool box" should be full of helpful techniques that can be used to allow us to live each of our lives in harmony with 'what is'. Thus creating more capable humans and empowering each and everyone of us to live a more beautiful life.
Human Evolution Yoga has evolved from all inspirational lineages; boundless and explorative. We base our practice on the breath-pranayama, movement-asana and awareness-meditation. More than just a physical practice, our intention is to create space and freedom using the physical body as the vessel for one’s own self discovery and evolution. We focus on evolving one’s body and mind as we immerse our students towards true balance within their life and together transform into a more authentic state of being.
HEYoga delivers precise instruction to align one’s breath with fluid movement to develop a sense of empowerment and freedom. Using the practice to slow down and pay attention, we encourage students to unravel and unveil as they peel back the layers to discover the most profound realisations that allow us to journey back to our true nature and balance.
