During this workshop you will breakdown the fundamentals of The Triple B Connection. Diving deeper into the BODY : BREATH : BRAIN and how they are so closely connected. We will introduce the basics of breathing anatomy and physiology, while discovering how to utilise different breathing methods to positively impact your health and well-being.

THE BODY

Discover breathing mechanics and mobility strategies to gain access to your full breath, utilising the diaphragm. Learning movement specific exercises to challenge and strengthen the respiratory muscles. 

THE BREATH

Learn basic breathing patterns to to optimise the effect on stress resilience. Conscious diaphragmatic breathing can make a positive impact on overall health. It’s a place where we can begin to plug into our nervous system and support its overall function and balance. You will discover this simple breathing pattern and more.

THE BRAIN

Dive deep and gain a better understanding of how your inner mind works, discovering simple and effective techniques to harness and focus the mind whilst stimulating  the vagus nerve unearthing more energy, heightening your mood and reducing stress levels.
