The breath is one of the most powerful tools at our disposal for self-regulation, energy generation, and overall health. Even though we are constantly inhaling and exhaling, the power of breath can be elusive to many of us.

The Power of Breath Workshop gives you the high degree of specialised training you need to teach numerous breathing techniques and meditation centred on the breath. It is an experience based understanding of how breathing can affect  your performance and longevity in both your training and life.

You will feel comfortable to guide others through breathing and meditation practices using a variety of techniques. You will be able to create and lead group classes, program and periodise breath work. Feeling confident to bring breath-work into a variety of audiences such as the workplace, gyms, sports teams and classrooms.
